Terms and Conditions — 111 Game Platform Rules

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 111 Game platform at 111game.win, registering an account, making a deposit in PKR, or participating in any game or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 111 Game.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 111 Game platform. Continued use of the platform after any revision of these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

03 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one account on the 111 Game platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim bonus offers more than once, circumvent a restriction or for any other reason — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your name, mobile number and date of birth. This information is used to manage your account and process transactions in PKR. You must keep your account details up to date at all times.

• Username and password: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. 111 Game staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.
• Mobile number: Your registered mobile number is used for account verification and payment processing via JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast. Ensure it remains active and accessible.
• Suspicious activity: If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, contact support immediately. 111 Game cannot be held responsible for losses that result from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account verification: 111 Game reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity, age or payment method at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits at 111 Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion, no exchange rate applied and no hidden processing fee charged by 111 Game on incoming deposits. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — Mobile wallet deposits, typically processed within seconds of confirmation.
• Easypaisa — Mobile wallet deposits, typically processed within seconds of confirmation.
• Raast — Pakistan's interbank instant payment system, available for bank-to-platform transfers.
• Bank Transfer — Direct transfers from any Pakistani bank account to the 111 Game designated account details.
• Mobile Wallets & Cards — Additional mobile wallet and debit/credit card options as made available on the deposit page.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 unless otherwise stated during a promotional period. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 111 Game at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits made using a payment method must come from an account or wallet registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third party's account — including a family member's JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet — is not permitted and may lead to account suspension pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 111 Game are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This policy exists to maintain payment security and prevent fraud. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500 unless otherwise specified in active promotional terms.
• Verification requirement: Withdrawals may be held pending identity or payment method verification if your account has not previously completed a verification check, or if our risk team flags unusual activity.
• Processing time: 111 Game targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification steps required.
• Bonus wagering: Withdrawals from a balance that includes active bonus funds may only be processed once all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be considered dormant. 111 Game reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances as set out in the active fee schedule.

111 Game does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges which are outside 111 Game's control.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

111 Game offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue. The general bonus terms below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household and per payment method.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses not activated within the stated validity window, and wagering requirements not completed within the stated period, will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account automatically.

• Maximum bet during bonus play: While an active bonus balance is present in your account, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or hand. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided. The applicable limit is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Abuse of bonuses: 111 Game monitors bonus usage patterns. Any behaviour that appears designed to exploit bonuses — including low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage plays or coordinated play across multiple accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.

Promotions may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time at 111 Game's discretion. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be affected by changes to its terms after the point of claiming, provided all other conditions are met.

07 Games, Fairness & RNG

All games available on the 111 Game platform — including slots, live casino, bingo and casino table games — operate on certified software provided by reputable game developers. RNG (Random Number Generator) based games use independently verified RNG systems to ensure that every outcome is genuinely random and not influenced by previous results, bet size, account history or any other external factor.

• Return to Player (RTP): RTP figures for all slot titles and RNG table games are published by the respective game providers. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return percentage and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

• Suspected fraudulent activity — including using stolen payment credentials, unauthorised card use, or any attempt to defraud 111 Game or other players.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting 111 Game support to resolve the matter. Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account closure and recovery action for any fraudulently reversed amounts.
• Collusion or cheating — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game format, particularly live dealer games and bingo rooms.
• Underage use — if it is determined at any point that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• Self-exclusion violation — attempting to register or use the platform during an active self-exclusion period.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, 111 Game reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full. Legitimate balances will be returned via the player's registered payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

10 Privacy & Data

• 111 Game is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these terms limits 111 Game's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

111 Game reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address before the changes take effect.
